You don’t have to be an Olympian to be an athlete.  Living an active life and getting or staying healthy is an every day process.   Each day we get the opportunity to make choices that will impact us and those around us positively or negatively.  Those choices add up over time.

At Five Rings Fitness we try to help people make those choices in a fun and enjoyable way.  Whether we are heading out for a group run or just a one on one coaching session, we want to empower people to live their lives to the fullest and enjoy each and every day.


How We Train

For the most part,  we like to do exercises and activities that require minimal amounts of equipment.  We train to get people fit, strong and happy.   That means we do lots of full body movement exercises with a healthy dose of core work.  You’ll be amazed at how much you can accomplish with a little creativity.

Nutrition

I think we can all agree that if you put garbage in your body regularly your going to feel like garbage. Working out is only half the battle.  If you want to be healthy you’re going to have to learn to feed the body what it needs.  That means you get to eat great food that makes you look and feel like your best self.   We’ll give you tips on how to make that happen in a practical way that will fit your busy lifestyle.
